In my opinion, life is a gift from Allah, He is the only one who gives and takes it, hence should be looked after and cherished by all human races. Life is sanctity and since the fetus is a soul, it should be acknowledged as a human life that should be taken care of. The Quran has greatly condemned the killing of innocent life and compared killing of one person as killing the whole humanity, and saving of a single life as saving humanity hence emphasizing on the need to observe the sanctity of life.
