Project Plan

            Before commencing the project, a pilot survey will be carried out to ascertain the significance of the project at that particular time. After the pilot project, the specification of the customer will be acquired. This will take three days. This will be followed by the determination of the environmental parameters, which will take a day. Circulatory of the broadband board will be tested for four days. Printing of the design circuit board will be done for a day. Specification and listing of the electronic components will be followed. This is estimated to take one day. Design of the chassis is to follow. This procedure is expected to take two days. Buying of the prototypes circuit boards and its components will each take ten and five days respectively. Thereafter the project will begin designing the encapsulated mold and the prototype chassis for two and five days respectively. The writing of the test procedure will follow assembling of the printed circuit board. This is assumed to take two and three days respectively. Designing of the vibration test clamp will precede making of the molds. They will take a day and five days respectively. Collection and testing of the prototype limits will also precede designing of the vibration test clamp. These will take one week. Climatic test will take two days before assessing the test results. Finalizing of the production records is assumed to take two days.

The group will have to analyze the efficiency of the project, the strengths and the limitations of the project. The group will also have to take part in testing of the parts to be designed to ensure the parts are of high standards. The group members will also do testing of the entire project after it is concluded. After analyzing the project effectiveness, the members will have to present it using a bar graph. A bar graph has its limitation nevertheless. It cannot clearly show the relationship between variables.
