The research article investigates the impact of economic globalization on domestic inflation. The span of research included 21 new emerging economies with the period of 1990-2009. The empirical analysis in the research reveals that the impact of global and domestic economic slacks on domestic inflation among the new emerging economies. The results reveal that the global economic slack played a big role in driving domestic inflation. The finding in the research recommends the prescription by the central bank to react specifically in global output in order to ensure economical stability on the emerging economies. This research study tests the effects of social, political and economic globalization in relation to the level of growth in developing countries or middle economies and causality connection between the variables through the use of fixed effect least squares method and Granger causality test. The research involved 74 developing countries in period between 1981 and 2011. This research work provides empirical evidence on the two main role of globalization. One of the roles that globalization plays is direct influence on the economy of a county. Secondly, globalizations play a significant role in tranfer of technology and accelerate human capital accumulation. The significant role that globalizations play in the economy of a country and its relation to different growth rates is expressed through empirical evidence. By modeling knowledge transfer through the use of globalization factors, the research reveals that it is possible to study the impact of new concepts of growth in the traditional Solow model. In the research work, FDI and KOF index were chosen as main proxies for globalization. The results indicated KOF index is most appropriate compared to the traditional proxies for human capital, which include education factor. This seemed to be quite true especially in underdeveloped countries. It was concluded that the exchange of knowledge bears stronger economical effect than the normal exchange of goods.

Unit root test was used to establish whether the variables are stationary. This research work is a comprehensive study if increase or decrease of employment and its relationship with globalization. Methods of making estimations on the functions of labor demand along with dynamic theory of labor market, through the use of four main criteria of globalization, namely employment, financial market effect, liberation, FDI, and the theoretical background of the relationship between market of labor and globalization have been studied. The research findings indicate that employment with respect to gross domestic product is positive. However, employment with respect to the size of the government emerges negative.
