Attended conference on the strategic role of human resource managers in organizations to ensure profit maximization in their organizations The CIPD course is assisting me further the knowledge that I need in the HR field There was a discussion on the creation of a positive relationship between the employer and employee: and the need for consistent and consistent motivation of employees in a company The HR department recently conducted a survey of the employees’ attitudes towards the employer whereby the employees were randomly paired and they had to interview each other but they were not to fill out their names.
July I attended a diploma course in HRM The CIPD course is assisting me further the knowledge that I need in the HR field There was a discussion on the role of the HR in ensuring a company attracts and retains talented and highly experienced workforce through attractive compensation and benefits packages. This is one of the ways of ensuring that a company stays ahead of its competition. We conducted a review of our employers in terms of qualifications, and recognition in their different fields such as accounting, information technology, and procurement professional certifications so as to get a platform as to which they can be benchmarked against other employees in competitor companies.
August Attended a lecture on compensation of employees and benefits The CIPD course is assisting me further the knowledge that I need in the HR field In order to achieve high motivation and production levels in the organization, it is important to find out extra items that motivate employees such as in the Maslow hierarchy of needs especially for the highly talented employees that contribute to high performances in the company. I will utilize this lesson in the standardization of the performance management system in the company. The system will assist the employees understand the need for appraisal so as to evaluate their different performance levels in their respective departments.

Acquire knowledge on the best available benefits that can be offered to employees. Conduct an analysis of the effectiveness of the different benefits administered to employees in different organizations Find out from  colleagues, association pages such as CIPD,  linked in and HR bodies in my region Come up with detailed benefits proposal December

Learn about how different parameters such as government legislation affects compensation and benefits in companies Gather information on the recommendations from the regional and labor office on compensation and benefits.
