STEP #3: SELF- Use the space to record any additional information. Provide some supporting comments for your self-rating. Talk about the great things that happened this year. Celebrate the good stuff. We want details.

Above-average when it comes to teamwork, team motivation, and inspiration. Burger King experiences problems of team coordination and this makes it hard for the crew to engage in innovative service delivery (Harvard Business School, 2009). By initiating teamwork and proper coordination, as it happened in the course of this year, it will be possible to outmatch competition in the industry and become one of the highly performing companies. We celebrate the willingness of members of the crew to come together and innovatively engage in decisions that will enhance service delivery at Burger King.

STEP #4: MANAGER- Here is where you provide overall supporting comments describing the employee’s performance. Please note any extremely high or low ratings given. Highlight what went well and why, and what could have been better and why.

The overall performance of employees at Burger King meets expectations. According to our performance checklist, these standards are far much beyond the company’s expected ratings. One of the challenge employees are experiencing is their inability to work as a team and come up with strategies that will allow for effective service delivery (Harvard Business School, 2009). However, employees at Burger have realized the need to work together as members of one team in order to improve in their areas of performance. As such, Burger King is expected to facilitate communication between its employees and managers so that there is proper coordination of activities.

STEP #5: MANAGER- Assign an overall rating… Use whole numbers only please.
