Discussion: Succession Planning
Having a viable workforce is critical to organizational effectiveness. One of the key strategies to such a goal is an effective succession-planning process. For this week’s Discussion, we will examine the reasons why succession planning is important and the obstacles that prevent many organizations from getting it right.
