Like almost everything else, food has become a global issue, moving across the globe to respond to demand and changing tastes. One of the pluses is the availability of foods where many areas no longer are dependent on the seasons. However, availability also has its problems. After completing this assignment, reflect on what you think about the globalization of food particularly regarding access. What does it mean if food is subject to market forces?
