used by entrepreneurial practitioners in shedding light on Entrepreneurship in a
particular context and how the entrepreneurial traits of these people have helped
them to ensuing opportunities and challenges they faced as an entrepreneur.
Approach this assignment as if we have never heard of this person before. The
grading will be based on how well you introduce this person. Also, how sound are
your arguments in relating relevant theories and models to illustrate the
entrepreneurial traits that helped them become successful? Most importantly,
describe these entrepreneurs’ behavior, characteristics, and entrepreneurial
mindsets in becoming entrepreneurs they in addition to mentioning the
entrepreneurial traits that impressed you the most!

Your Task
Your individual report requires you to identify two entrepreneurs of your choice, and
a. provides a profile brief of each person you have selected to study as an
entrepreneur and explain why you have selected them as your choice of
study.
b. using concepts and models learn from module ENT5A1, compare and
contrast your choice of person and explain why they can be classed as an
entrepreneur.
c. critically evaluate whether your chosen entrepreneurs have the same
behavior characteristics and entrepreneurial mindsets in becoming
entrepreneurs.
d. critically reflect on the module learning outcomes and explain how you
have achieved them.
The assignment will be marked according to the following criteria:
the degree of critical evaluation and analysis in the arguments made
(descriptive submissions are likely to receive low marks).
scope of reading and research demonstrated in the answer by appropriate
referencing.
the degree to which your arguments are underpinned by theory and
research evidence.
Other considerations include:
clarity and structure of the arguments (formal report format with
appropriate introduction and conclusions should be used).
use of appropriate examples.
the overall presentation, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
