Project title: The relationship between online banking quality and customers preferences, and the mediator effect by customer satisfaction in the Saudi banking sector

Project Outline:

1) Describe “Customer preferences” definition and discuss in the context of online banking services.

2) Discuss the direct effect of online banking quality on customer preferences

3) Discuss that how customer satisfaction will be a mediator of the relationship between online banking quality and customer preferences.

Project Instructions:

1) You have to write 4 pages of a literature review and this is a significant part of Ph.D. level thesis.

2) You must be used 25 references at least and must be new sources (2010 – 2020).
