Human Resources Management (HRM) Assignment on The Impact of COVID on Remote Work Environments

Students will develop a research paper on a topic related to human resources management. The topic must be approved in advance by the instructor. The research paper must meet the two conditions: (1) it must be based on scholarly research (i.e., involve research articles and analysis), and (2) it must be clearly relevant to human resources and personnel management.
Your research paper should be formatted like a literature review. Literature reviews are designed to do two things: 1) give your readers an overview of sources you have explored while researching a particular topic or idea and 2) demonstrate how your research fits into the larger field of study, in this case, human resources management.
