Description: The case study analysis is designed to encourage students to apply the theories and knowledge learned in class into a real company of their choice. This offers students a great opportunity to have deeper understanding of the whole company and how it develops its strategy and reach competitive advantages. Students are expected to work in teams of two to three members. Each team should choose a company (Kuwaiti or from all Middle East).
Relates to learning outcomes:  

First step: Every team must communicate the company name with the professor for approval.
