Final Assignment Task Brief

This is an individual task. Write a report considering the following contextual information and task description.

As more and more businesses are going bankrupt and losing ground due to their limited geographical reach, entrepreneurs and business owners realize the importance of an active digital presence in today’s business world.  As an EU Business School student, you have been able to compare the pros and cons of both learning experiences (the physical classroom and the online academic experience).  Use your experience and knowledge to create a digital educational platform.

  1. Briefly define your vision, mission, target audience. (15%)
  2. Consider international financial sourcing. Explain the specificities of international financial sourcing and management and the criteria of effective international financing (25%)
  3. What are the qualities and necessary characteristics of a global leader in this business? (10%)
  4. Explain the specificities of international HRM applied to your business: selection, training, and performance appraisal (25%)
  5. Define your marketing strategy for entering foreign markets (25%)
