Banner Healthcare is one of the leading hospital networks in the United States of America. The headquarters of Banner Healthcare are based in Phoenix, Arizona (Wolf, 2015). The establishment of Banner Healthcare is as a result of a merger between Lutheran and Samaritan health systems. It has expanded so fast to establish 29 healthcare units in that are spread in the states of Arizona, California, Alaska, Wyoming, Nebraska and Colorado. The hospitals units of Banner Healthcare have over 4500 beds. They have also employed more than 25,000 people to conduct various activities (Lee, 2013). They have provided family clinic, home care services, hospice services, rehabilitation, laboratory services and the registration of nurses in addition to having long-term centers in the United States.
