Using the personality tests, I have managed to identify various areas of my personality, in this case, the
most interesting thing is based on the similarity of the different personality tests that helps to identify the
most common aspects of human personality. This study focuses on several personality tests that will help
to highlight the required areas of the personality. These tools are techniques that help in measuring
behavior patterns based on how a person can behave in various situations, hence making it easy to
understand a person's characters and ways of life (Schutte 2019). In these cases, the personality test
presents a long-term trend of behaviors when interacting with others, the emotional state as well as how a
person thinks or perceives things around the world. The used test tools include:
MBTI works by presenting a series of assessment questions that touch on the main areas that may define a
person's personality; by doing so, a person will be able to answer the question legibly and honestly,
resulting in inaccurate results. After answering the questions, you will be given a report that will identify
your personality type based on your strong and weak areas.
1. Introversion vs. Extroversion. This measurement tends to clarify how
an individual contributes his/her vitality towards investing time with individuals, this will offer
assistance to get a person's sentiments when collaborating with other individuals. Introverts are
among the individuals who are noiseless in most cases, spend much of their time alone, and tend
to talk less. Extrovert individuals are more vocal and are always

being creative and willing to handle new issues while the low is for those who dislike change.

2. Conscientiousness- This refers to how a person is organized and persistent on certain issues, the
instance of this dimension is based on a person’s goal orientation and how a person tends to pay
much attention to details This is measured using how a person can use the small and large aspects
that relate to an issue to come up with a solution.
3. Extraversion- This is defined by the sociability as well as the assertiveness of a person, extrovert
people tend to talk a lot and are very comfortable when relating to other people around them. This
is measured by how assertive a person is, on a level of high, a person is referred to be extroverted,
but on the low level, a person is an introvert, since such people are less social.
4. Agreeableness- This refers to the tendency of a person to have a high level of trust, affection and
are always accommodative towards other people. Such people listen to other people’s issues.
They are always corporative. People on the high level are referred to as more agreeable while
those on the lower are known to be rigid and more competitive.
5. Neuroticism- This categorizes people who in most cases tend to be sad, emotional, and moody at
most times. High levels of this dimension are people of such traits as emotionally unstable while
low levels are more emotionally stable.
LOCUS OF CONTROL
This model is based on the assessment of the events of a person’s life, in most cases being the
experiences and the encounters with the environment and the outcomes or results they will have to a
person. This seeks to ascertain how humans have control over the environmental activities around them
that may cause an impact on life. This model is divided into the internal and the external. For this case,
the Internal focuses on the feelings and the perception and how a person is in control, while the external
focus on the impacts such as behavior patterns after the experiences, the reactions s well as the
motivations the experiences have had to a person (Utami 2021).
Testing using the locus of control uses a sample of questions that aims at assessing how a person can have
control over various instances that may happen in life. These offered optional choices that provide levels
of either strongly agree or strongly disagree.
TYPE A PERSONALITY TEST.
Type A personality people involve people with various behaviors which are always considered
hostile, inpatient, being so much competition with others, over-aggressive, unhealthy dependence, and
have difficulties when expressing their emotions. This personality test focuses on analyzing the hallmark
behavior patterns ad characteristics that are based on a type A of a personality. Most Type A personality
people tend to behave in a way they seek winning and being prioritized and considered the best.
This test model aims at evaluating how a person can have a simple and well-controlled life that provides
an environment for the easy articulation of ideas. This model uses questions that test personal feelings as
well as how a person feels about other people and situations, this will help to position a person on a high
level which highly agree, this will indicate that the person is a Type A personality person (Talwar 2020).

SELF-CONTROL AND SELF-MONITORING TEST.
This personality model aims at evaluating a person’s behavioral patterns based on various
circumstances, mostly focusing on an individual. The introduction of this test model aims to help in
regulating a set of behavior to help in accommodating the social situations that people may encounter.
The self-control system in this case uses monitoring to identify various behaviors that may need
improvement and readjustments (Podsakoff 2019).
This model test a personality using a scenario, which tests how a person will behave in a situation, while
there is the test that uses self-assessment which shows a degree of how various statement may apply to a
person.
SELF ESTEEM
This test model aims at understanding a person’s personality by assessing various sets of behaviors when
interacting with people, thus being known as self-esteem. Self-esteem is a personal and integral aspect of
an individual’s happiness, courage, fulfilling’s relationships as well as various personal achievements
towards other people. Focusing on personal feelings and code of conduct, this test seeks to test areas such
as courage and belief a person has for himself/herself. In this case, this test uses various structural
questions such as: Do you believe in yourself? Can you make a speech before a huge crowd? This test,
therefore, uses questions that require an indication of an answer on the level of agreeing or disagreeing
with the question, this will indicate better results of the position one is in the area of self-esteem, which
could be low or high (Nguyen 2021).
Machiavellianism test.
This personality test model focuses on seeking answers on how a person could be self-centered or rather
selfish in various circumstances or nature. In most cases, this focuses on a person's feelings for others
based on empathy or apathy. In this case, using the test that uses questions, people who answer on low
Mach are not so selfish unlike those who answer high Mach are seen to be very selfish (Hunt 2018). This
personality test aims at identifying people who have matching traits and can have a good working
relationship.
RESULTS.
This study presents results that point out my personality that was obtained using the stated personality test
models that have helped me to identify my personality style. The major traits that have been presented in
the personality report indicate various score levels on the major personality dimensions that can help to
define a person’s personality type and trait. The results presented are as follows:
Extraverted- In this study, the level of extraversion has been projected at 79% which shows that am a
vibrant social person. I can freely interact with different types of people and being many talkative means
being able to have stable relationships with others.
Intuitive- This has been rated at 55% which is above average, this states that am more careful with ideas
and small details having a broad concept of ideas. Can view things from a different angle making it easy
to come up with a strategic solution.

Thinking- This being presented at a low point of 16% shows that I depend mostly on how I feel rather
than thinking. In this case, prefer working with how I feel about a certain issue, therefore, making a
conclusion based on emotions and feelings.
Judging- This stands at the highest position of 92%, this result states that am much endowed to make a
decision based on the situation and how it is presented. In that case, can involve all the relating variables
to make clear judgments, this is through the involvement of other people’s opinions.
Assertive- This means that my personality type presents a more social and active person. Am willing to
engage in activities and freely interact with people around me.
Some of the strengths indicated in the reports present a clear definition of m personality as compared to
the other personality styles.
The strengths include:

 Reliable
 Passionate
 Altruistic

CONCLUSION.
Based on the analysis of the results, the states personality traits point out my personality type to be a
Leader, with high levels of judging, assertiveness, and thinking and extraversion show that being able to
handle issues openly with people as well as making decisions using strategic ways of thinking around all
the interconnecting issues around the problem. He makes it easy to make the clear and wise judgment that
suits all the members.
