Criminal Justice involves three kinds of components: law enforcement, the court system and correction system and they all work together. Law enforcement has police having the first contact with offenders. The court system consists of juries and judges who by the help of police with viable evidence give sentence for the offense. This sphere of criminal justice is wide and have fluctuating roles and responsibilities allocated to an officer according to his or her level and position. There is a great social need for the criminal justice personnel in any society. This include, synchronization of rules and laws, being role models to the society by representing the body governing and ensuring equality and justice in the society.
By synchronizing the laws, criminal justice personnel makes proposals to the rules and laws regarding security and crimes which are acceptable in any given locations. Some of these laws include traffic and waste management laws. These professionals also ensure equality and justice by making sure offenders of laws are fairly tried in the courts.
